| The Assets, Inc. Contracts Department employs over 260 employees, both disabled
and non-disabled, at various locations in the Anchorage area. They include:
Elmendorf Air Force Base Postal Service Center,
Defense Commissary Agency,
Alaska State Court System,
Fort Richardson Dining Facility,
Department of Military and Veteran Affairs,
Old and New Federal Buildings,
Providence Hospital and
Assets' Print Shop. The
department has an excellent, long-standing working relationship with government
and private sector customers. The diverse contract services Assets offers include:
janitorial, housekeeping, printing, shelf stocking, dishwashing and mail processing
services.

Elmendorf Air Force Base Postal Service Center
The Postal Service Center has been an Assets contract since 1994 and is located on
Elmendorf Air Force Base. Assets, Inc. provides services at this location six
days a week during the day. The services provided at this site involve the
operation of the general delivery service window for military personnel,
sorting, carrying, and delivering of mail to dormitories, forwarding mail,
working with undeliverable mail, and manning package pick up and the customer
service window. The positions offered at this site include Project Manager,
Project Supervisor I & II and Mail Clerk positions. Employment by Assets is contingent
on the completion of satisfactory background checks. |

Defense Commissary Agency: Anchorage Area Commissary
The Commissary is located on the Elmendorf Air Force Base and has been a
contract with Assets since 1985. Assets, Inc. provides services at this
location seven days a week with day shift stocking services, as well as
evening stocking and janitorial services. The services provided at this
site include cleaning shelves, rotating and stocking products, fronting
merchandise, labeling damaged products, and bailing cardboard. The janitorial
services performed at the Commissary include restroom and office cleaning
services as well as floor scrubbing services. The Meat Market janitorial duties
include breaking down machines and pressure washing and sanitizing of equipment.
The positions offered at this site include Project Manager, Project Supervisor I & II
and Stocker/Janitor positions. Employment by Assets is contingent on the completion
of satisfactory background checks. |

Alaska State Court System
The Nesbett contract has been in existence with Assets since 1996. Assets, Inc.
provides services Monday through Friday during the evening. Servicing this contract
includes the Nesbett Court House, the Snowden Administrative Building, the Boney
Courthouse, and the Alaska Correction Industries Building. The janitorial services
provided include office and restroom cleaning, carpet and floor maintenance and
restoration, as well as exterior services including sweeping, pressure washing, and
policing the area. The positions offered at this location include Project Manager,
Project Supervisor I & II and Janitor I & II. Employment by Assets is contingent on
the completion of satisfactory background checks. |

Fort Richardson Dining Facility
The Dining Facility is located on Fort Richardson Army Post is a contract that
has been in existence since 1996. Assets, Inc. provides services at this location
seven days a week with a morning and evening shift. The services provided at this
location involve scrubbing pots and pans, bussing tables, cleaning dishes, and
cleaning the dining hall restrooms and cooking area. The positions offered at
this site include Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager,
Project Supervisor I & II, and Dishwasher I & II positions. Employment by
Assets is contingent on the completion of satisfactory background checks. |

Department of Military and Veteran's Affairs, Ft. Richardson
The Department of Military Veteran Affairs (DMVA) is located on Fort Richardson Army Post and
has had a contract with Assets since 1991. Assets, Inc. provides services at
this location Sunday through Thursday during the evening hours as well as
during monthly drill weekends. The DMVA services include the 1/5 mile long
main facility plus the maintenance building, OMS. Offsite cleaning includes
services provided at Camp Carroll and Bryant Airfield, totaling twelve buildings
and hangers in all. The janitorial services provided at this location involve
office and restroom cleaning, as well as carpet and hard floor maintenance and
restoration. The positions offered at this location include Project Manager,
Project Supervisor I and II, Janitor I and II positions. Employment by Assets
is contingent on the completion of satisfactory background checks. |

Government Services Administration: Old and New Federal Buildings
The Old Federal Building (OFB) is an Assets contract that has been in existence
since 1992. Assets, Inc. provides services at this site Monday through Friday during
the evening. Servicing the OFB involves offsite service of the USGS building and
seasonal weekend service to the BLM. The janitorial services provided by Assets
include office and restroom cleaning, carpet and hard floor maintenance and restoration,
cleaning of brass and woodwork, while providing exterior services such as sweeping and
pressure washing. The positions offered at this location include Project Manager,
Project Supervisor I & II, and Janitor I & II positions. A ten year federal background
check is required to work at this federal site. Employment by Assets is contingent on
the completion of satisfactory background checks.
The New Federal Building (NFB) is an Assets contract that has been in existence
since 1994. Assets, Inc. provides services at this site fives days a week,
Monday through Friday, during an afternoon and evening shift. The janitorial
services provided include office and restroom cleaning, carpet and hard floor
maintenance and restoration, with exterior services including sweeping,
pressure washing, and policing the area. The positions offered at this
location include Project Supervisor I & II and Janitor I & II positions.
A ten year federal background check is required to work at this federal site. |

Providence Alaska Medical Center Dining Facility
Providence Hospital has had a contract with Assets dating back to 1987.
Assets, Inc. provides services at this location seven days a week during a
morning and evening shift. The services provided at this site include dish
room services such as scraping and rinsing of food ware, loading dishwashers,
sorting and stacking clean wares, scrubbing pots and pans, bussing of dining
area and catering services, as well as working with food carts. The janitorial
services provided at Providence include office cleaning, floor scrubbing, and
sanitizing of the dishwashers and trash disposals. The positions offered at
this site include Project Manager, Project Supervisor I & II and
Dishwasher I & II positions. Employment by Assets is contingent on the
completion of satisfactory background checks. |

Assets' Print Shop: The Bindery
The Bindery, Assets very own print shop, has been in existence since 1980 and is
located at Assets main office. Services at this site run five days a week, Monday
through Friday. The bindery duties include labeling, stuffing, folding, collating,
and various other tasks, which are conducted in a work-station environment. The
print shop responsibilities include the operation of all print shop equipment in a
full service printing environment. The positions offered at this site include
Project Manager, Prepress/Cameraman, Pressman I and II, and Bindery workers. Employment
by Assets is contingent on the completion of satisfactory background checks. |
